The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with assigned customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with Subcontractor Hub’s services. This role involves doing demo's for prospective customers, client onboarding, retention, issue resolution, and identifying opportunities for growth within the account. The Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, achieve business objectives, and drive customer value.
Customer Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
-Understand customer needs and align them with the company’s products and services.
Retention and Growth:
-Drive customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
-Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to existing customers.
-Monitor customer health and identify risks of churn, implementing strategies to address them.
Onboarding and Support:
-Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are set up for success.
-Provide training and support to help customers maximize the value of Subcontractor Hub’s offerings.
-Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure they are achieving desired outcomes.
Collaboration:
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management.
-Work with the product team to relay customer feedback and inform product enhancements.
-Partner with the marketing team to identify and develop customer success stories and case studies.
Data and Reporting:
-Track and report on key account metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
-Use data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and provide recommendations to management.
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
