MissionHires is hiring a Remote Account Executive (Industrial Automation) to drive net-new revenue and expand accounts across NYC, Connecticut, and Long Island. You will sell complex, enterprise-level digital supply chain and industrial automation solutions—including warehouse automation, robotics, AI/ML, and AIDC—using a consultative, ROI-led approach. This is a true hunter role with uncapped commission, strong pre-sales/technical support, and growth into larger enterprise sales.
Must reside in NYC, Connecticut, or Long Island (candidates in New Jersey will not be considered)
1–5+ years of B2B sales experience in a hunter (new business) role
High technical aptitude and ability to learn complex automation and digital supply chain solutions quickly
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Salesforce CRM proficiency and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Exposure to one or more of the following: Warehouse automation,
Robotics,
AI / Machine Learning solutions,
AIDC (Automatic Identification & Data Capture),
Supply chain / WMS solutions
Experience with consultative / solution-based selling
Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles
Strong ROI / value-based selling capability
