MissionHires is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of a leading data and analytics SaaS platform across Fortune 1000 and public sector organizations. You will own the full-cycle enterprise sale—prospecting, discovery, evaluation, negotiation, close, and expansion—while partnering with channels and the broader ecosystem to deliver measurable customer outcomes. This role is remote-eligible (Dallas, TX preferred) and focuses on consistent revenue attainment through disciplined territory planning and pipeline execution.

How You'll Contribute

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach and discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and maintain a robust regional enterprise pipeline aligned to growth targets
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Partner with channel and ecosystem stakeholders to advance and close complex opportunities
  • Map and align complex customer needs to data, analytics, and integration solutions for long-term success
  • Lead multi-threaded engagements across technical and business stakeholders within F-1000 and public sector accounts
  • Drive account expansion and renewals through value realization and executive alignment
  • Maintain rigorous territory planning, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, customer success, and product teams to ensure successful evaluations and deployments
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings; travel as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience selling into Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value SaaS or software deals and exceeding quota
  • Background selling data, analytics, or data integration platforms into hybrid/multi-source environments
  • Strong territory planning, pipeline creation, and execution skills across direct and partner channels
  • Established relationships within the public sector and partner ecosystems
  • Exceptional negotiation, executive communication, and multi-threading skills
  • Ability to align technical and business outcomes, leading evaluations with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Willingness to travel as needed
